➵ Gridware, a fast-growing grid-resiliency company in San Francisco, seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to develop firmware for their microcontroller platform, helping prevent grid-ignited wildfires. You will solve power, communication, and signal processing challenges, develop C++ drivers for sensors, and optimize data processing in resource-limited environments. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of embedded software experience, strong C/C++ knowledge, and are comfortable working across hardware, firmware, and software domains. Experience with Python, Git, Linux, and debugging tools like oscilloscopes is essential.

They are seeking a computational software engineer to build cloud-based solutions that streamline grid study processes and accelerate renewable energy deployment. Key skills include Python, C++ (preferred), and experience with high-performance numerical products and cloud environments. Familiarity with power systems and numerical methods is a plus. This hybrid role is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
