As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work directly with the CTO to design and build backend services, tackle infrastructure challenges, and contribute to product development. We're seeking a mission-driven engineer with 5+ years of experience (Python, pandas, GraphQL, React, TypeScript) who’s excited about climate tech, learning how the grid works, and thriving in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of a growing startup.

🪴 SENIOR HARDWARE PRODUCT MANAGER
➵ We’re partnering with a fast-growing grid-resiliency company in San Francisco that’s revolutionizing how we protect and enhance the electrical grid. Their advanced sensing technology analyzes grid assets in real-time, preventing faults and ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency. They’re seeking a Senior Hardware Product Manager with 6-7 years of hardware product management experience, a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and expertise in utility, wearable, or industrial sensor products. This role involves managing the full hardware lifecycle, fast-tracking development, and collaborating with a talented engineering team. Must be willing to work in-person in San Francisco 2-3 days a week.

🪴 SENIOR COMPUTATIONAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER
➵ Join a company accelerating the transition to a reliable, decarbonized grid by delivering software solutions for grid operators, utilities, and renewable energy developers. As a Computational Software Engineer, you’ll build powerful cloud-based tools to streamline renewable energy project deployment. Responsibilities include translating manual grid processes into efficient code, deploying parallel computing solutions, and collaborating to define product requirements. With 5+ years of experience, strong Python skills, and expertise in high-performance numerical computing and cloud deployment (AWS preferred), you'll play a pivotal role in advancing zero-carbon energy projects. Knowledge of power systems or optimization methods is a plus. Hybrid role in Pittsburgh, PA.
