As their first Engineering Manager, reporting to the CTO, you'll shape both the technical and cultural foundations of their platform. Responsibilities include leading backend infrastructure evolution, fostering an inclusive and innovative engineering culture, ensuring system performance and data integrity, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver top-tier user experiences. You should have 10+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years in management, and expertise in backend development, CI/CD, databases, and cloud platforms.

🪴 HARDWARE PRODUCT MANAGER
➵ We’re partnering with Gridware, a fast-growing grid-resiliency company in San Francisco, to find a Hardware Product Manager. You'll own the full product lifecycle, fast-track development alongside the Chief Product Officer, and collaborate with engineers to innovate reliable hardware solutions. Ideal candidates have 4-10 years of hardware product management experience, a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and experience with utility, industrial, or sensor-based hardware. This role requires in-person work in San Francisco 2-3 days per week.

🪴 SENIOR FULL STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER
➵ Gridware, a grid-resiliency company in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop scalable software systems that process real-time data from grid monitoring sensors. You'll work on full-stack development, building systems for device control, observability, and customer-facing features. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Python backend experience, cloud-based application development (AWS preferred), and proficiency with React, TypeScript, SQL, and observability tools. Experience with event-driven architectures, containerization, and APIs is key.

🪴 ENGINEERING MANAGER, REAL-TIME ANALYTICS
➵ We’re partnering with Gridware, a fast-growing grid-resiliency company in San Francisco, to find a Manager for Real-Time Operations & Analytics. In this role, you’ll lead a team overseeing real-time data monitoring to ensure efficient grid operation, optimize workflows, and develop data-driven strategies. Ideal candidates have 5-10 years of experience in real-time operations or grid management, strong leadership skills, and technical expertise in data analysis tools like Python and SQL. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on grid reliability and safety.
