2023 Impact Report

Can you believe it's already March 2024?

A look back at 2023:

📉 It was a year of challenges across many sectors, leading to layoffs and shifts in the job market. Yet, amidst this, we saw incredible resilience as individuals pivoted towards making an impact on climate change.

💼 Despite slower growth due to macroeconomic headwinds, our commitment never wavered. We focused on empowering job seekers and founders with resources, in-depth playbooks, and events to navigate these times.

2023 in a nutshell:

🌱 Launched climate hiring and job-seeking playbooks & a LinkedIn Learning course on climate careers, reaching 40,000+ learners.

🌱 Hosted 50+ events/workshops with 2,500 attendees.

🌱 Successfully placed 21 people in climate roles, 71% being diverse candidates, and donated $6,000 to environmental nonprofits through 1% for the Planet.

A heartfelt shoutout to our partners and everyone who made our work possible last year.
